JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive Secretary to CEO

We are a boutique telco with direct telco operating licenses in Malaysia & Brunei and indirect operating rights via business collaboration in Indonesia.

Our products are SATCOM in focus and currently expanding into data centers, teleport services, ICT services and IP gateways. Our client's services are tailored to enterprises, government agencies and corporate that demands high service levels and fast response.

Products and Services:
  • Manage and build (full turnkey) satellite earth station (from building design to RF subsystems)
  • Systems integration services
  • Distributor for most satellite equipments such as antennas, HPA, switches, etc
JD - Requirements:
  • At least a Professional Certificate in Secretarial/Private Secretarial Studies, Diploma or equivalent, or
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Senior Secretary/PA to person in Senior Management positions.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work independently
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time
  • Computer literate-Microsoft Window, Excel and Microsoft outlook
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Only Malaysian citizen
  • Full-time position
  • Based in Cyberjaya.
  • Must have own transport
JD - Responsibilities:
  • To attend all private secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters and Board of Directors matters.
  • Preparing BOD minutes and resolutions.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Office administration
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meeting/appointments closely
  • Organizing and coordinate meetings, taking dictation and minutes
  • Upkeep of Director’s office
  • Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
